Venue Rental Rates

All Day Access or Half Day Options: 
$150 (9AM-3PM)
$200 (4PM - 11PM)
$300 ALL DAY ACCESS (9AM -11PM) This option also includes ​black linens for round tables. 
A $25 refundable cleaning deposit is required for all rental options. Payment in full is required within 7 days of booking. We encourage our clients to plan the timing of their event accordingly, as these time frames include the time needed for setup and breakdown of the event. ​

Venue rental includes all the necessities to accommodate up to ​60 GUESTS:

  • Ten 48" Round Tables
  • 60 White Resin Chairs w/ Padded Seats
  • Two 6' Buffet Tables
  • Full Kitchen w/ Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave
  • Spacious Bathroom
  • High Top Tables, upon request

The Post Patio

Elevate your event by adding access to The Post Patio, featuring an outdoor grill, fire pit, outdoor seating, string lights, and games like corn hole and XL family games!
$75.00 add-on fee for access during your booked event!
Your Small Wedding Destination!
  Bridal Suite Package - $450
  • Includes full day rental and one night's stay at the B&B above the venue. The bride may gain access to the suite by 9:00 am on the morning of the ceremony.
  • The Bridal Suite Package requires a non-refundable 50% down payment at the time of reserving the venue, and remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
